INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTO-LAUNCHER/24 VOLTS

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING!

The "KABUKI TM" launcher is a high pressure projectile system. If used properly, it will provide years of reliable service. Failure to follow these instructions, and basic safety rules, may result in serious injuries. The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for the misuse of this equipment, nor for any damage or injury incured as a result of loading anything other than approved products in this launcher.

- Remove packing rod. Make sure the launcher tube is empty before loading.
- Any foreign object in the launcher is potentially dangerous.
- Hold or fasten the launcher firmly, it may recoil slightly.
- Do not point directly at anyone's face or body.
- Keep out of the hands of children.
- Once the CO2 cylinder is in place, do not leave the launcher unattended.
- Never look down the barrel of a loaded launcher.

DC AUTO-LAUNCHER INSTRUCTIONS

The CO2 activated Auto-Launcher - 24 Volts features a clear PVC detachable barrel for quick reloads. The system pierces the CO2 when the launcher is activated, thus eliminating the possibility of leaks. Plugs and pressure caps are not required. Compatible with Pyro Industry control equipment, the 24 Volts system is ideal for light gauge wire installations.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1. Load streamers and/or confetti into the plastic tube.
2. Position the black metallic box and attach it with a stage clamp or screws.
3. Screw the plastic tube into the launcher.
4. Pull the cocking cable (red knob) until you hear it click and it locks.
5. Screw a CO2 (16 gram) cartridge into the launcher (not too tight).
Warning: do not screw in the CO2 prior to pulling the cocking cable (# 4 above).

The system is now ready to fire. Connect wires (Red is positive) to your control system. If using batteries we recommend 2, 12 volt batteries - 2.8 Ah. Do not connect more than 2 launchers to the same battery. You may need to step-up your voltage on installations where your power source is greater than 7 yards (6.4 meters) from your launcher. Your switch should be a push button type for safety. To avoid damage to the internal coil, power impulse should be approx. a half-second. Keep launcher a safe distance from the audience, at least 5 yards (4.5 meters).
